Hear My Voice

Imagination can take you on amazing adventures. Children can take a ride on a dragon, command their own pirate ship, swim in the water as mermaids, or dance on the wind like a fairy. But, as they grow it changes. We adults, whether we like to admit it or not, still have imagination in our minds where it's hidden away from outsider's views and judgments, however it has been influenced by our experiences and changed from how we knew it as children.

Our imagination takes the form of things achievable, things we hope to someday really be or really have. Imagination allows you the chance to dream big! To dream of what you could be if you gave it your best. But, in order for it to be real there is another element involved.

Unlike Imagination, reality does not just pop into being. Work goes into what is real. For you to be here, your mother had to carry you for nine months. For their to be a roof over your head, someone had to build it. For you to get the career you want, you have to gain that knowledge, get hired, and earn money. But! Someone had to write those college books, someone had to start that company, someone had to print that money. etc.. Work goes into what is real. Do you agree?

Let me tell you of what's real.. Fact on fact and see if you still agree.

Real, is the cold crystal water running through your fingers and over your toes. Real, is the sound of a bird's melody as she nests in the treetops. Real, is the bright warming sun stretching over the landscape giving sight to our eyes. Real, is the smell of refreshing rain cleaning the earth. Real, is the overwhelming sensation that rises inside your heart when you are with those you love. Is this your experience with reality? It's mine.

If you are with me thus far, you agree that all these things are real, which means they took work and imagination. The earth, the family, all things around you, Someone imagined them, then worked to make them real. So, in conclusion, God is real.
